"It is the worst place to get anything stitched Initially the owners will be very friendly but that changed after I complained about the poor stitching and design quality. They ruined my Dadi’s saree which I gave for stitching and had the audacity to tell me I have wrong measurements when they were the one holding the measuring tape and jotting everything in their notebook. If a particular design is asked for in the blouse, they will do whatever they feel like. Twice I fought with them in their shop but the gave up because they will make it look like you are crazy to even find a fault. They were extremely rude when I asked for my other fabrics back as they I didn’t want to get anything else stitched. A simple kurta stitching can a wrong center design alignment. Worst place to go for kurta stitching."

"Pathetic work, pathetic staff and pathetic owner. Naa kisi ko baat karne ki tameez hai naa kaam karne ki. Every thing they stitched was not according to the customer, but their own choices, how these 2 women wear clothes. They do not get the meaning of customization. Me and my friend went crazy but they spoiled so many of our outfits and have the odacity to say ki "sahi toh hai"."

"I usually don’t leave reviews and definitely not negative ones but if I could give negative stars to this place, I would. I gave multiple things for stitching to Urvashi at Shelly boutique on my short trip to India. After spending about 10,000, not even one item was stitched properly. Multiple kurtas I had given for stitching were missing buttons we had discussed, missing zippers we had discussed in the design (after Urvashi drew it on her bill book). Not just missing stuff, many of my clothes had food stains telling you how disgusting and unhygienic these people are. There are rats in the fitting room which when discussing with the owner, we got the answer that they’re aware but can’t help it! They didn’t even return a baandhani fabric I gave them for making dupattas. This was my husband’s wedding saffa so you can imagine the emotional turmoil when they refused to return it. The business owners are rude, have no skill, no design knowledge and the worst is their communication skills. They yell at their customers when you provide them feedback if something is not done right. Please save your money, peace of mind and respect and go elsewhere! Don’t go to these goons!"

"Pathetic Customer Service, Rude behavior I had a very disappointing experience with Shelly Fashion Point. The stitching quality of the items was extremely poor. It’s clear that there is a significant lack of attention. The customer service was also bad. Initially, the staff appeared very humble and friendly, but this facade quickly dropped when I returned to complain about the quality of the clothing. They were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing my concerns or providing any form of resolution. Their behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and respectful customer service. There are many other boutiques that offer better quality items and genuinely care about their customers. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere."

"I had two blouses stitched here and both had major issues. For one blouse, I asked for the hook to be at the back, but they put it in the front. The other blouse had a joint in the middle of the sleeves, which looked awful. The fitting was terrible as well. When I raised these concerns, she argued with me and showed bad behavior. They were rude and had a very unprofessional attitude. Overall, their customer service and stitching quality were extremely disappointing. They didn't even accept their mistake. When I asked if they would wear such poorly stitched blouses, she deflected by telling me to talk to the master tailor. I don't understand why they charge so much if they don't take any accountability. I highly recommend avoiding this place for blouse stitching—they are pathetic."
